We are looking for a passionate and service-oriented Operations Trainee – Front Office to join our team. In this role, you will provide professional and customer-focused service , ensuring guests have a memorable Andaz experience . You will also contribute towards achieving departmental KPI goals and support the smooth day-to-day operations of the Front Office.

Qualifications :

Previous Front Office internship experience is required.

A degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management is preferred.

Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.

German-speaking skills are an added advantage.
