アテンダント
・NAGOMI施設内のアテンダント業務全般 / Locker attendant duties within the NAGOMI facility.
・会員様やお客様に対し、親切かつ効率的なお迎え・ご案内を行う / Offer hospitable and friendly, efficient services towards private members as well as hotel guests.
・ロッカー内を綺麗に保ち、ゲストと有効な関係を保つ / Maintain cleanliness and working order within the locker area of the spa, and maintain good relationships with the private members as well as hotel guests.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

・接客が可能なレベルの英会話力要 / English skill required to provide guest service
・接客の実務経験のある方 / Hands on experience in guest service field
・コミュニケーションスキルとカスタマーサービススキルがある方 / Require high communication and customer service skills
・基本的なPCスキル (Word, Excel等） / Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
