Job description
· Develop and implement marketing and social media strategies to achieve business goals.
· Manage online sales initiatives to increase direct bookings, optimize customer journeys, and drive revenue.
· Plan and manage paid media, SEO/SEM, and performance marketing campaigns to maximize visibility and ROI.
· Analyze performance data, and provide actionable insights and regular reports
· Manage content creation, campaigns, and influencer collaborations to showcase the hotel's unique experiences.
· Oversee annual online marketing budget, ensuring cost efficiency and effective allocation of resources.
· Assist Marketing Communication and PR and collaborate with Sales and F&B teams to align campaigns with promotions and key events.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
· 3–5 years' experience in marketing and e-commerce, ideally in luxury hospitality.
· Strong expertise in SEO/SEM, paid advertising, content creation, and campaign management.
· Proficiency in analytics and e-commerce tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, booking platforms).
· Excellent communication, copywriting, and visual storytelling skills.
· Experience in budget management and cost control.
· Creative, analytical, and results-driven, with a passion for luxury hospitality.
· Experience in a business hotel location will be an added advantage
