We are seeking a passionate and creative marketer with a love for the hospitality industry to join us as Marketing Executive . In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the marketing and promotional efforts of both the hotel and its restaurants. You will collaborate closely with the Associate Director of Marketing Communications, the Social Media Executive, and the Creative Team to develop and implement marketing strategies aimed at driving brand awareness, attracting guests, and enhancing the hotel's reputation.

Desired profile
Qualifications :
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns to promote the F&B outlets offerings (Vong Kitchen & Le Burger)
- Manage and update the hotel's website to ensure accurate and engaging content, focusing on F&B details beside the room accommodation & meeting venues of the hotel.
- Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns, including list management, content creation, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate and support the photo shoot whenever needed.
- Coordinate with key opinion leaders and influencers especially related with F&B.
- Support the creation of hotel & restaurant marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
- Assist in organizing and promoting special events, promotions, and packages.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, using analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Administer internal communications through memo when needed.
- Work closely with the Associate Director of Marketing Communications to manage the marketing budget effectively.
