About the Role

As the Marketing Communications Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination and execution of marketing and communications across the hotel. The role drives the implementation of the overall marketing strategy that will positively impact our business and clearly define our Park Hyatt brand in Auckland. The Marketing Communications Manager will be an ambassador for the hotel ensuring that communication throughout the organisation is both consistent, in standard and of exceptional quality.

Some of the responsibilities include:

Implement effective communication strategies in relation to hotel collateral and publications

·
Manage Park Hyatt Auckland's public relations and global brand image in the market place

·
Build strong relationships with media, partners, and key stakeholders.

·
Develop an annual communications plan and budget for inclusion in hotels annual business plan

·
Manage all digital and social media platform communications and marketing initiatives

·
Coordinate the writing, editing and proofreading of all Sales & Marketing collateral in print and digital form

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Qualifications

· 
University or Diploma qualification in business and/or marketing/communications

· 
3+ years of experience in marketing communications, PR, or brand management.

· 
Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· 
Excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills

· 
Highly motivated, solutions-orientated self-starter with adaptable teamwork styles

· 
Strong background in public relations and online marketing management

· 
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and guest engagement strategies.
