Lobby Bar Team Leader - Hyatt Centric Gaoxin Xi’an

Job description

· You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
· The Lobby Bar Team leader is responsible to ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all operational aspects of the F&B department and in ensuring that the various departments are run according to the standards set for the brand in general and the hotel specifically.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism management.
·  Minimum 2 years work experience as Lobby Bar Team leader.
·  Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
