You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.

The primary responsibility of the Lobby Ambassador is to warmly welcome and assist guests, deliver exceptional customer service, and foster a safe, welcoming, and professional environment that enhances the overall guest experience.

Supports in the smooth and efficient running of the Front Office Department within the Rooms Division.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

· 
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in the hotel operation.

· 

Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are required to support efficient Front Office operations and deliver a high standard of guest service.
