Job description
· Assist the Leadership Committee and Heads of Department in identifying training needs within each department using quality assurance tools.
· Lead and promote participation in global Hyatt initiatives, including Global Wellbeing Week, World of Care, and Global Month of Service.
· Act as a mentor and coach to Department Heads and leaders, advocating consistent Hyatt brand standards across all learning and development activities
· Ensure the Service Coaches are trained for each department and maximize their utilization.
· Deliver all resort training programs, including Introduction to Hyatt and mandated global training initiatives.
· Administer and manage the My Learning online platform, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with corporate requirements.
· Take proactive ownership of Hyatt's global learning and development activities, implementing them effectively within the resort.
· Collaborate with department heads to assess training needs and design appropriate development interventions.
· Monitor, evaluate, and report on training effectiveness, ensuring continuous improvement in learning delivery.
· Promote Hyatt's culture and values through consistent and professional training practices.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, or a related field.
· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably within the hospitality industry.
· Strong facilitation, coaching, and leadership skills.
· Knowledge of training needs analysis and quality assurance tools.
· Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Good communication skills are essential.
· Experience working in remote island resorts will be an added advantage.
· Passion for mentoring and developing talent while upholding brand standards.
