Now we are looking for a dynamic, outgoing, and enthusiastic – Outlet Manager with strong background and experience in Food and beverage to join our energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate team at Grand Hyatt Bali.
The Outlet Manager will be responsible for Restaurant operations and also responsible for handling guest and employee inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst feeding back a prompt follow-up.

Manages the day-to-day operations of the assigned outlet, ensuring consistency in service standards and guest satisfaction.

Handles guest and employee inquiries courteously and efficiently, resolving issues promptly or escalating where necessary.

Aligns outlet operations with Hyatt's corporate strategy and ensures brand standards are consistently applied.
·
Maximizes team productivity through effective scheduling, multi-skilling, and motivation.
·
Keeps up to date with market trends, guest preferences, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

Ensures the outlet team maintains high standards of grooming, punctuality, and professionalism
·
Works closely with kitchen, events, and other departments to deliver seamless operations.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
·
Minimum of 1-2 years of solid experience as Outlet Manager in a large 5-star luxury hotel or Restaurants
·
Has a solid background in working in a high-demand business environment.
·
Has strong leadership skills, train and develop team, and is a role model.
·
Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken.
·
Is well versed in working with Property Management Systems, experience with INFRASYS, HOTSOS, BIRCHSTREET is a plus.
·
Has proven track of working with timelines and targets.
·
Highly conscientious and diligent.
·
Diploma in Hospitality or other relevant fields. A Bachelor's Degree is a plus.
