In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and personalized arrival, stay, and departure experience. Key Responsibilities

Warmly welcome guests, assist with check-in and check-out, and provide prompt, courteous service

Handle reservations, guest inquiries, and room assignments with accuracy and professionalism
·
Serve as the primary point of contact for guest needs, offering solutions and recommendations
·
Coordinate with housekeeping, engineering, and other hotel departments to ensure smooth daily operations
·
Process payments, maintain accurate records, and follow hotel policies and procedures
·
Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
·
Uphold service standards to create a memorable and positive guest experience
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Qualifications
·
Possess minimum G.C.E. "O" levels
·
Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred
·
Strong communication and guest service skills
·
Positive attitude and a passion for hospitality
·
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast‑paced environment
·
Good working knowledge of English; additional languages are an advantage
·
Familiarity with property management systems is a plus
·
Minimum 6-month work experience in hotel operations
