Alila Villas Uluwatu is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Coordinator to oversee and maintain our company's technology infrastructure. You will be responsible for supporting daily IT operations, managing software and hardware, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring system efficiency and security.

Qualifications :

·  Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
·  2+ years of experience in IT support or coordination.
·  Familiarity with networking, cybersecurity, and system administration.
·  Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
·  Experience with help desk software and IT ticketing systems.
·  Experience working with luxury hotels or villas.
