Job description

· 総支配人のフォローアップ/サポート
· 総支配人の予定の調整、Eメールの確認
· 機密事項を含む各種情報・データの更新、維持管理
· 各種レポート類の作成
· 会議への同席及び議事録の作成
· 来客対応
· 通訳、社内書類や資料の翻訳
· VIPゲストの対応 
· To provide daily support and coordination to assist the General Manager to operate in a proactive and efficient manner
· To be aware of the General Managers daily schedule and activities in order to take actions and adjust schedules, email etc.
· Preparation, online filing, and upkeep of all private and confidential matters related to the Executive Office
· Prepare the relevant materials and or supporting documentation for all meetings attended by the General Manager
· Attend meetings and prepare minutes when required
· Greet Visitors, ascertains nature of business, and directs visitors to appropriate person
· Interpretation and translation of internal documents and materials
· Handle all VIP bookings and correspondence received from owners, Hyatt, regulars etc.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  英語、日本語でのコミュニケーションスキルに支障のない方(読み、書き、会話)
·  エクセルやパワーポイント等、基本的なPCスキルを持った方
·  人事総務経験者、秘書経験者尚可
·  ホテルまたはホスピタリティー業界でのアドミニストレーション経験が2年以上
·  上記業務を遂行できる方
·  Good communication skills in English and Japanese (reading, writing and speaking)
·  Basic PC skills such as Excel and Power Point
·  Experience in human resources administration and secretarial experience a plus.
·  At least 2 years of experience in administration in the hotel or hospitality industry
·  Those who can carry out above tasks
