Program Overview

The Operations Internship Program is designed to provide students with hands-on experience in hotel operations, allowing them to develop practical skills, operational knowledge, and professional competencies required for a successful career in the hospitality industry.

Throughout the six-month period, interns will gain exposure to guest service excellence, daily operational procedures, brand standards, and cross-functional collaboration within various operational departments.

- Education : active University student in hospitality/related field

- Language Skills : a good working knowledge of English and proficiency in local language is an advantage

- Experience : relevant internship & work experience in hotel or hospitality operations is an advantage

- Skills : strong communication & interpersonal skills, creative problem-solving, and cultural awareness
