Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Intern to join the Asia Pacific Digital team at Hyatt. This internship offers hands-on experience in digital marketing activation, with a focus on executing data-driven campaigns across web, social, CRM, search, and paid media platforms.
You will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of digital-first initiatives that drive brand visibility, online engagement, and revenue growth across our diverse portfolio of brands and hotels in the region.

Key Responsibilities

· Support the planning, execution, and optimization of regional digital marketing campaigns across channels such as paid media, SEO/SEM, CRM, social media, web, and e-commerce platforms.
· Assist in the launch of digital initiatives within the first 90 days, supporting seasonal and thematic campaigns targeted at key Asia Pacific markets.
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Brand, Loyalty, Comms, IT) and external partners (agencies, media vendors) to ensure integrated and cohesive digital activations.
· Help develop campaign assets and toolkits, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and channel best practices.
· Monitor and report on campaign performance using digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Salesforce Marketing Cloud), providing actionable insights and recommendations.
· Conduct competitive benchmarking and digital landscape analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
· Maintain digital marketing calendars, timelines, and project trackers to ensure smooth execution and cross-team visibility.

What We're Looking For

·  Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
·  Strong interest in digital strategy, performance marketing, web analytics, and the evolving digital landscape in the hospitality and travel industry.
·  Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, SEO tools, email marketing tools).
·  Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills; ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
·  Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
·  Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus.
·  A self-starter with a digital-first mindset and a collaborative, proactive attitude.

Internship Duration

6 months or more.

Language Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English is a must; other languages will be a plus.
