We are looking for an experienced Hygiene Officer who will assist the Director of Hygiene in overseeing the overall hygiene, sanitation and food safety in the hotel.

In this role, you will provide strong and efficient administrative support in the implementation of the hotel's policies and procedures related to hygiene, sanitation and food safety. You will be responsible in ensuring that hygiene standards are maintained in relation to the implementation of ISO-22000.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Ideal candidates must meet the following criteria:

· 
With at least 2 years of relevant experience in reputable hotels is desired

· 
Must be a graduate of science-related courses (Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry or other food-related courses like Food Technology)

· 
Comprehensive knowledge of hygiene and safety procedures, in conformity with the standards set by international and local authorities

· 
Competence in handling hotel food safety management systems, preferably with previous experience in handling certifications, such as but not limited to HACCP and ISO-22000

· 
With high regards for details and accuracy

· 
Passion for working with people

·
