Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono is seeking enthusiastic, passionate, and service-oriented F&B Servers to join our Food & Beverage team and deliver exceptional dining experiences in a luxury hospitality environment.

As an F&B Server, you will play an important role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing warm, attentive, and personalized service. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily restaurant operations, maintaining high service standards, and anticipating guest needs to deliver the exceptional hospitality for which Park Hyatt is renowned.

Depending on your experience, skills, and operational requirements, you may be assigned to one of our distinctive dining venues, including Olivio, Robata, China Kitchen, Teppan, or The Lounge , each offering a unique culinary experience and an opportunity to develop your hospitality skills in an international luxury hotel environment.

You will work closely with your colleagues, supervisors, and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service while contributing to a welcoming and professional atmosphere for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide warm, attentive, and personalized Food & Beverage service in accordance with Park Hyatt standards.
· Welcome guests professionally, assist with seating arrangements, and ensure a memorable dining experience.
· Present menus, explain food and beverage offerings, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
· Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely communication with the kitchen and bar teams.
· Serve food and beverages professionally while maintaining appropriate service etiquette and presentation standards.
· Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests, questions, and feedback.
· Maintain excellent knowledge of menus, ingredients, allergens, beverages, and current promotions.
· Prepare restaurant areas before service, including table settings, equipment, and service stations.
· Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of dining areas throughout service.
· Assist with billing, payment processing, and POS transactions accurately.
· Support inventory checks, stock replenishment, and daily operational tasks as required.
· Work closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
· Follow all hotel policies, food hygiene, health and safety standards, and responsible alcohol service procedures.
· Participate in departmental training and continuously develop product knowledge and service skills.
· Support upselling opportunities through thoughtful recommendations while maintaining a guest-focused approach.

Qualifications :

Qualifications

·  Previous experience in Food & Beverage service, restaurants, hotels, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
·  A genuine passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest experiences.
·  A friendly, positive, and professional attitude with a strong service mindset.
·  Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with guests and colleagues.
·  Willingness to learn about food, beverages, service standards, and luxury hospitality.
·  Ability to work effectively as part of a multicultural team in a fast-paced environment.
·  Strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate guest needs.
·  Ability to remain calm, organized, and professional during busy service periods.
·  Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
·  Japanese language proficiency is preferred but not mandatory.
·  Ability to communicate effectively in English is preferred.
·  Previous experience in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant is an advantage.
·  A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement.
