Job description
What you will do:
· Create a rewarding Associate Journey with the People Brand by recruiting and selecting the best candidates at the right time within the budget
· Lead the recruitment strategies and outline the marketing plan for attracting and developing talents
· Drive associate engagement by introducing and mastering associate activities
· Build rapport and communicate effectively with associates at all levels
· Provide administrative support to the Director of Human Resources and the Division and ensure the implementation of office administration, hotel policies, and procedures are aligned with hotel standards
Desired profile
Qualifications :
What you should have:
· Ideally with a university degree in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management
· Minimum 2 years relevant working experience, preferably in the hotel industry
· Good problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are a must
· Effective communication skills and proficiency in English and Cantonese are essential for this role
· Candidates with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Assistant
