Job description

· Provide a full spectrum of professional human resources services including compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, development & retention, performance management, staff movement and employee relations.
· Collaborate closely with managers and team members to foster an empathetic, commercial, guest-focused, and family-oriented working environment.
· Provide coaching to others on people related issues, employment-related matters, staff cases & work safety so as to ensure their understanding of common principles in workforce management and employment related regulatory requirements.
· Implement an effective talent acquisition & recruitment strategy that is aligned with Hyatt’s Employee Value Proposition.
· Develop and implement an effective learning & development plan fostering a culture of continuous improvement & growth.
· Drive engagement activities including regular activations and management of the Colleague Experience Survey at touch points through the year.
· Ensure the hotel is up to date and compliant with all relevant employment, safety and injury legislation.
· Manage any grievances and performance management effectively and in accordance with procedural fairness.
· Organize colleague engagement activities and events to promote a collaborative and supportive work culture.
· Champion associate recognition, welfare, and benefits programs, staying ahead of evolving associate expectations and market trends.
· Review compensation and benefits programs for competitiveness and internal equity, managing annual salary planning and reporting.
· Monitor, interpret, and ensure compliance with Hong Kong Labor Law and related legal matters.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Hospitality Management or other relevant disciplines.
·  Minimum 3 years of relevant experiences, preferably in hospitality industry.
·  Experience in industrial relations, employee relations, occupational health & safety and employees compensation is a must.
·  Highly organised with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
·  Outspoken and pleasant personality with result-driven attitude.
·  Experience in dynamic and diversified working environment is definitely an advantage.
·  Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
·  A good command of spoken and written English is a must.
