Job description
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Reporting to the Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager, ASPAC
· To work hand in hand with C&B teams in the Asia Pacific region
· Support with the daily C&B operations, analysis & reports, annual review exercises , market survey, data input in HRIS
· Support wellbeing programs

Qualifications :
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
· Good knowledge of MS Office, solid excel skills e.g. knowing formulas such as If, vlookup, pivot table is a plus
· Good English Writing
· Passionate, details oriented with a growth mindset
· A proactive self-starter with a ‘can-do’ attitude and collaborative nature
· Bachelor Degree in Human Resource, Accounting or other data analytics is a plus
· Be eligible to work in Shanghai
