Laundry Attendant

Job description

You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Laundry Valet is responsible in ensuring the smooth operation of the laundry department, which includes the area of laundry, dry cleaning and the uniform room in the assigned Place of Work, and provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service to our customers.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Ideally with a relevant diploma or professional certification in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
