IT Manager

Job description

The IT Manager's role is to oversee all project management and technology-related activities for hotel in all areas. This role will require strong leadership, project management, and technical and business communication skills in working with and supporting owners, and the Alila Solo Operational team. This role also oversees external Technology Consultants, vendors, and internal Hyatt teams to align them with Hyatt IT strategies and standards and assist them to understand the commercial and operating benefits and rationale of the Hyatt Technology ecosystem.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  3 to 5+ years of experience in Information Systems and Technology of IT experience.
·  The ideal candidate will have two to three years of progressive experience in Hospitality Information Technology and a minimum of one year in a project management role.
·  Ability to maintain confidentiality with information or items as required
·  Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with constant changes
·  Adaptable and with the intellectual ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-moving, and customer-focused environment.
·  English language skills are preferred.
