Your Role

As the Human Resources Services Manager, EAME, you will play a pivotal role in driving Hyatt's Human Resources strategy across our Zurich Regional Office and the broader EAME region. You will ensure that HR operations run efficiently and in alignment with Hyatt's Leadership Expectations and culture of care—fostering an environment where colleagues feel valued, supported, and inspired to perform at their best.

This role combines strategic partnership with hands-on leadership, overseeing HR initiatives that enhance colleague experience, promote wellbeing, and strengthen organizational capability across a diverse and dynamic regional team.

This role is based at the Zurich Regional Office and reports to the SVP Human Resources EAME.

Your Responsibilities

HR Strategy, Leadership & Operations

Oversee implementation of HR strategy, budget, and people operations for the Zurich Regional Office and other EAME regional offices.

·
Partner with office leaders on all employment-related matters, ensuring consistent application of HR processes, policies, and compliance.

·
Oversee HR initiatives across HR Operations, Colleague Experience, Wellbeing, Total Rewards, DE&I, and Staffing.

·
Safeguard HR procedures and compliance with Swiss labor law and company policies.

People Management

·
Lead and mentor the Zurich HR team, including one HR Specialist and two commercial apprentices.

·
Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture focused on service excellence, development, and accountability.

·
Oversee the professional development, workload prioritization, and performance feedback of team members.

·
Ensure knowledge sharing, cross-training, and succession readiness within the HR function.

Colleague Experience & Culture

·
Lead the Colleague Experience Survey and follow-up action planning.

·
Drive initiatives to enhance engagement, wellbeing, and workplace culture.

·
Support internal communication, social, and wellbeing activities.

Learning & Development

·
Coordinate and implement the L&D strategy in partnership with the Director of Training & Development EAME.

·
Oversee colleague and leadership onboarding for the Zurich office.

Regional & Global HR Management

·
Align HR practices and policies across all regional EAME offices.

·
Manage corporate HR processes for benefits, compensation, data management, and insurance enrollments.

·
Administer employment contracts, inter-company transfers, and visa applications.

·
Ensure statutory reporting, HR analytics, and compliance with labor and safety regulations.

·
Provide guidance on Swiss employment law and maintain adherence to legal and company standards.

Payroll, Compensation & Benefits

·
Manage payroll processes, annual salary review cycles, and benefit programs.

·
Oversee payroll audits, tax, and social security reporting.

·
Liaise with authorities and external auditors (Labor Office, Pension Fund, Health Insurance).

·
Administer and monitor company insurance schemes.

HR Systems & Processes

·
Act as the main point of contact for all HR-related IT systems (HCM, Learning Platform, Intranet).

·
Design and implement HR process improvements aligned with the rollout of the new global HR system.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Your Qualifications & Experience

· 
Swiss Diploma in Human Resources Management

· 
Solid knowledge of Swiss labor laws and HR regulations

· 
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within an international organization

· 
Proven discretion and ability to handle confidential matters

· 
Culturally aware, energetic, and dependable

· 
Professional and composed in interactions with senior management

· 
Demonstrated ability to think innovatively and strategically, with an outside-the-box mindset to improve HR processes and colleague experience.

· 
Comfortable using AI-driven tools and digital solutions to enhance efficiency, data insights, and decision-making.

· 
Excellent written communication skills in German and English

· 
Strong team player with solid organizational abilities
