The Team Leader is responsible for delivering courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service in alignment with the hotel's standards and policies, while leading the improvement of housekeeping quality and maximizing guest satisfaction.
In addition to maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of guest rooms and assigned areas, the role involves managing, guiding, and enhancing daily operations to support overall team performance.
The Team Leader is also expected to strengthen interdepartmental collaboration, support the development of colleagues, and consistently demonstrate exemplary grooming and professional conduct to ensure smooth hotel operations.

Qualifications :

Essential Criteria

·  Ability to provide courteous, professional service in alignment with hotel standards and to lead the team effectively.
·  Ability to maintain high-quality standards in room and floor cleanliness and to contribute to maximizing guest satisfaction.
·  Ability to comply with hygiene and safety standards while providing guidance, feedback, and improvement suggestions to staff.
·  Ability to maintain exemplary grooming and personal hygiene, serving as a role model for the team.
·  Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues and other departments, enhancing interdepartmental cooperation.
·  Japanese nationals, or non‑Japanese nationals with JLPT N2 or higher Japanese language proficiency.
·  Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel operations or a related field

Desirable Criteria

·  Experience working in a luxury hotel or international hotel brand.
·  For non‑Japanese nationals: a diploma or qualification in Hospitality or Tourism Management, or a related field.
·  Strong problem‑solving skills, basic administrative skills, staff development capability, and excellent communication skills.
·  A strong commitment to welcoming guests and delivering comfortable, memorable stay experiences, along with leadership to support the team in achieving this.
