Job description
You will be reporting to General Manager, responsible for the efficient running of the division in line with Hyatt Hotels Corporation's Corporate Strategic Priorities, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. To ensure the smooth and efficient running of all operational aspects of the Rooms and F&B Service & kitchen and to ensure that the various departments are run according to the standards set for the brand in general and the hotel specifically.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of Operations, Rooms Division Manager in larger operation. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
