Job description
*You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Host - Concierge is responsible to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Reception within the Concierge department.

Qualifications :
· Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open for Malaysian Citizen and Permanent Resident of Malaysia.
· Diploma/qualification in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
· Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations.
· Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
