You are responsible in welcoming guests with genuine warmth and professionalism, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience, offering assistance with guest inquiries and providing personalized service in accordance with Hyatt’s brand standards. Your role helps set the tone for a memorable stay and reflects the hotel’s commitment to hospitality from the very first interaction.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
• Previous experience in a guest-facing role is preferred (hospitality or customer service).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, confident and professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge; experience with Opera Cloud is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Diploma or certification in Hospitality, Tourism or related field.
