What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Guest Services Trainee , you will gain hands-on experience in hotel guest services while developing essential skills in customer service, management, and operations. Your responsibilities will include:

· Handle internal and external phone calls, providing high-quality service aligned with brand standards and addressing requested information efficiently.
· Foster respectful and cooperative relationships with the hotel’s external providers, always prioritizing guest satisfaction as the primary objective.
· Stay up to date with the hotel’s products, services, and scheduled events, ensuring all relevant information is refreshed daily.

What We’re Looking For:

·  Full-Time Commitment : This is a paid internship, Monday to Friday. Please note that housing is not included.
·  Our internship programs require 6-month availability.
·  Educational Collaboration : You must be able to sign a collaboration agreement with your school or study center.
·  Work Authorization : You need to have legal authorization to work in Spain or your University must be approved for Internships in the EU.
·  Relevant Career Path : Your studies should be related to the internship.
·  Language Skills : Advanced English and Advanced Spanish is a must.
·  Passion for Learning : We seek individuals with a strong desire to learn and grow.
