Job description
You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Guest Services Officer is responsible to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Restaurant Reservations Centre (RRC) department.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, ideally with a relevant Degree or Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
· Preferably with minimum of 1 year working experience in service industries or hotel operations.
· Desirably skilled with customer service, communications and interpersonal skills.
