Job description
We are seeking a well-experienced Guest Experience Manager who will assist Front Office Manager in leading the Guest Experience Team focused on increasing guest satisfaction by creating memorable Signature Experiences in all service Touch Points within the hotel.
· Progressive career in Front Office gained in a 5-star luxury property, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
· Comprehensive working knowledge of Front Office systems and processes
· Superior customer service skills
· Strong management and leadership capabilities
· Passion for working with people
· Clear concise written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English .
