Job description
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Grand Club Manager is responsible to ensure the smooth operation of the Executive Floor, including check-in and check-out of guests, as well as the running of the Executive Floor Lounge.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
· Minimum 2 years' work experience as Assistant Manager in Front Office or Executive Floor in an international luxury hotel chain.
· Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
