About the role
Park Hyatt Kyoto is seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Front Office Team Leader to handle customer inquiries both internally and externally via telephone, email, and other channels, while delivering exceptional service.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the department in alignment with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards, while also meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners.

Qualifications :
· - At least 2 years working experience as a bartender in a restaurant or bar (including non-hotel)
· - Great knowledge and skill for Beverage
· - Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are required
· - Business level in spoken English and ability to communicate in Japanese are essential.
· - Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Restaurant Management.
