Key Responsibilities
· Warmly welcome guest and handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
· Manage bookings, process payments and provide accurate guest information.
· Respond to guest enquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
· Perform night audit duties and ensure all systems and records are accurately updated.
· Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
· Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
· uphold security and safety protocols particularly during night shifts.

Requirements
· Previous experience in a hotel front office
· Willingness to work both day and night shifts
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficiency in hotel management systems such as Opera
· Ability to work independently, especially during the night shift,
· Professional appearance and a positive attitude
