As a Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for leading the daily operations of the Front Office, ensuring exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure while upholding Park Hyatt's service standards. You will oversee service delivery, team performance, and operational efficiency across all front office functions, creating a seamless and personalized journey that reflects the refined and understated luxury of Park Hyatt Saigon.

Desired profile
Qualifications :
·
Demonstrated experience as an Assistant Front Office Manager or Front Office Manager within a luxury hotel, with a strong track record in leading refined guest experiences and high‑performing teams.
·
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field, with a solid understanding of luxury hospitality principles.
·
In‑depth knowledge of Front Office operations, guest journey management, and seamless rooms division coordination aligned with brand standards.
·
A leader with the ability to inspire, develop, and elevate teams, fostering a culture of excellence and genuine care.
·
Exceptional English communication skills, with a polished and confident approach to engaging with guests and stakeholders.
·
Detail‑driven, composed, and service‑oriented, with the ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver moments of understated luxury in a dynamic environment.
