Job description
We are currently looking for a Front Office Manager to join our dynamic Rooms team. The successful candidate will receive a JPY100,000 signing bonus.
Hyatt Regency Osaka is part of Hyatt Japan’s extensive hotel portfolio. It joins 17 other sister hotels located in cities such as Tokyo, Kyoto, Hakone, Niseko, just to name a few.
Located on Osaka Bay, the hotel is in close proximity to the upcoming Osaka Expo site where it is expected to welcome over 20 million visitors in 2025.

We are looking for a leader who places care at the center of their leadership and is able to assist the Rooms Manager in delivering Hyatt’s brand promise to our guests and associates.
If you have 2 – 3 years’ experience as an Assistant Front Office Manager, we would consider your application in addition to applicants who are currently Front Office Manager’s. It is preferable if the candidate is able to speak both Japanese and English.
