About the Role
Duty Manager (Assistant Manager)
Responsibilities:
· Supervise and oversee all operational aspects of the Front Office department.
· Serve as the responsible leader for Front Office operations.
· Manage and monitor daily operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, guest interactions, and night shifts.
· Foster teamwork and collaboration within the Front Office team.
· Ensure adherence to Hyatt brand standards and corporate strategies.
· Connect with guests to provide exceptional service and enhance their experience.
Position Details:
· Title: Duty Manager (Assistant Manager)
· Employment Type: Full-time (with a 3-month probationary period)
· Location: Kyoto, Japan (Higashiyama district)
· Salary: Competitive (based on experience)

Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Strong teamwork skills.
· Previous experience in hotel operations.
· Proficiency in English and Japanese
