FOOD & BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR
Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport is looking for a Supervisor Food & Beverage

We're looking for a warm, easy-going and flexible person who's passionate about creating memorable moments. As F&B Supervisor, you'll be part of a diverse and caring team, leading the way in delivering exceptional hospitality across our restaurant, bar and banqueting areas.

What you'll do

· Lead and coach our Food & Beverage Hosts across restaurant, bar and meeting spaces, while collaborating with other departments.
· Drive outlet performance by identifying opportunities and taking initiative.
· Create genuine connections with guests and inspire your team to do the same—boosting satisfaction and team success.
· Foster a culture of care and professionalism, ensuring every guest experience is memorable.
· Support the growth of your team through training, coaching and mentoring, in close collaboration with the F&B Team Leader & Manager.
· Communicate clearly and consistently with your team, keeping everyone informed and engaged.
· Handle administrative tasks as needed.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Who you are

·  Experienced in Food & Beverage, ideally in hotel restaurants.
·  Passionate about hospitality and guest experience.
·  Fluent in English.
·  Eligible to work in the Netherlands.
·  Flexible to work different shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Preferred qualifications

·  Familiarity with Micros and/or Opera.
