Job description
Hyatt Regency Cape Town is currently seeking an Outlet Manager to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our Cape 126 Restuarant, Pool and Bar area.
Key duties but not limited to:
· Responsible for outlets performance like personnel management, beverage and foods and other services.
· They monitor and make sure that there
· There is smooth running of customer service area and satisfaction.
· Managing of staff
· Hiring and training of new staff members
· Creating work schedules and assigning tasks to ensure smooth operations.
· Ensure outlets are well stocked, clean and meet all safety and hygiene standards.
· Assist with banqueting when required.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Qualifications and Skills Required
· Diploma or equivalent in hospitality management.
· 2-3 years' experience as a team leader or outlet manager within in the hospitality industry.
· Experience working on POS system MICROS
· Stong leaderships skills
· Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, staff and other stakeholders.
· Problem Solving abilities.
