Job description
The F&B Controller is responsible for monitoring and controlling all Food & Beverage costs within the hotel to ensure profitability and compliance with Hyatt International's standards. This role involves accurate costing, inventory management, and analysis of consumption patterns to support operational efficiency and financial integrity.

Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or Hospitality Management and possess a minimum of 2–3 years of experience in food and beverage cost control within a luxury hotel environment. Strong analytical skills are essential, along with proficiency in hotel management systems such as SAP, Micros, or similar platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are required to effectively collaborate with various departments and ensure accurate financial reporting and cost management.
