About the Role

· Assists the Food & Beverage management team to ensure that F&B outlets operates successfully and in accordance with brand standards
· To provide a warm welcome and seat arriving guests
· Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
· Serve food and beverage items in a timely fashion, assisting other staff whenever required
· Handles guest enquires in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if there is no immediate solution and assure follow up with guests.
· To have a full working knowledge and capability to supervise, correct and demonstrate all duties and tasks in the assigned place of work to the set standards.
· Respond to guest enquiries in a friendly and efficient manner, sharing local knowledge when possible
· To care for others, team members and guests alike, so they can be their best

The Living Room a contemporary, stylish and sophisticated lounge serving all day dining menus. F&B Attendants are to provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service consistent with Park Hyatt Sydney standards policies and procedures in order to maximise guest satisfaction.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

To be considered for this role the candidate should possess the following:

·  Good food and beverage service skills
·  1 year experience in a similar position
·  Good coffee-making skills
·  Ability to work a rotational roster
·  Excellent customer service
·  Current NSW RSA Competency Card
