Summary
This position is responsible for all areas of the food and beverage function. This includes but is not limited to managing inventories/budget, managing cost of food and beverage, scheduling and overseeing of events, banquets or meetings. In addition, this position will assist in training employees.

Previous supervisory experience in a hotel or similar setting, flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays, customer service skills, ability to multi-task, familiar with Micros. Fluency in spoken and written English required. Strong interpersonal skills, good problem solving and administrative skills. Able to handle fast paced international environment where multi-tasking is essential.
