Job Summary

Provide seamless F&B operations in the outlet

·
Handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner

·
Maintain constant supervision of F&B outlet operations

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Qualification

·  Proficiency in foreign languages required ( Chinese , English, etc.)
·  Experience in relevant industry, Minimum 3 years (for Visa Qualification)
·  Preference given to candidates with experience in F&B Operations
