Job description
· Develop and implement digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce strategies to achieve business goals.
· Plan and manage paid media and performance food & beverage marketing campaigns to maximize visibility and ROI.
· Manage content creation, campaigns, and influencer collaborations to showcase the hotel's unique experiences.
· Oversee annual online marketing budget, ensuring cost efficiency and effective allocation of resources.
· Collaborate with Marketing Communication and PR, Sales and F&B teams to align campaigns with promotions and key events.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Bachelor's degree in hospitality, marketing, communications, or related field.
· 3–5 years' proven experience in marketing or food & beverage, ideally in luxury hospitality.
·
Strong expertise in content creation and campaign management.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Experience in budget management and cost control.
· Creative, analytical, and results-driven, with a passion for luxury hospitality.
· Experience in a business hotel location will be an added advantage.
