F&B Marketing Assistant Manager

Job description

The Assistant F&B Marketing Manager supports the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of marketing communication strategies for the food and beverage outlets. This includes advertising, promotions, public relations, e-commerce, social media, and collateral with a focus on driving revenue and enhancing brand awareness in alignment with the overall vision and objectives of the restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Planning

· Assist in developing and executing integrated marketing communications plans and annual marketing budgets.
· Identify and recommend effective communication channels to promote products and services.
· Support in identifying advertising opportunities through various media platforms.
· Marketing Content & Digital Engagement
· Assist in the creation and development of marketing materials, including overseeing photoshoots and writing copy for marketing channels (collateral, social media, EDMs).
· Support social media management by developing engaging content, monitoring engagement, and analyzing reach and conversion.
· Assist in maintaining the digital presence of the F&B outlets across online platforms.

Brand Partnerships & Events

· Build and maintain relationships with key marketing partners and influencers.
· Assist in identifying and organizing events that drive traffic and revenue.
· Support collaboration with media, influencers, and VIPs to generate brand awareness.
· Brand Awareness & Public Relations
· Support media engagement efforts by handling media requests, drafting press releases, and coordinating media visits.
· Stay updated on industry trends, competitive analysis, and emerging digital marketing strategies to recommend innovative approaches.
· Contribute to monthly/seasonal promotional calendars with fresh marketing ideas.
· Assist in tracking and evaluating marketing campaigns, providing reports on effectiveness and ROI.

Customer Engagement & Loyalty

· Support on-site customer engagement initiatives to enhance guest experience and brand loyalty.
· Respond to media or customer inquiries and support special promotional events.
· Maintain and grow customer databases through newsletters and loyalty programs.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
·  2-4 years of experience in marketing, sales, or the F&B industry.
·  Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
·  Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
·  A passion for food & beverage with a creative mindset and a keen eye for detail.
·  Outgoing personality with strong relationship-building skills.
·  Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
·  Excellent in English skills
