We are looking for exceptional expertise in fish and seafood cuisine and a strong dedication to vegetable-forward cooking, you will combine tradition with innovation to turn the freshest ingredients into refined, elegant creations - join us at THE BARAI HUA HIN where wellbeing and inspiration meet by the sea!

This is a hands-on leadership role that goes beyond administrative management, with a strong focus on creativity and excellence — and ready to shape extraordinary dining experiences. You will be actively involved in working alongside and developing the culinary team to maintain high standards and foster continuous improvement.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Ideally with a Culinary degree or equivalent professional training
·  Proven experience as an Executive Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine in international and upscale dining environments
·  Exceptional leadership and team-building skills
·  Deep understanding of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen compliance standards
·  Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and optimize kitchen workflows
·  Excellent communication and organizational abilities
·  Good command of English and computer skills particularly in the use of MS Office, email and general computer literacy
