We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead the opening of Hyatt Place AlUla.

Hyatt Place AlUla represents a significant milestone in Hyatt's expansion across the region and will feature 214 guestrooms, two food and beverage outlets, meeting space, swimming pool and a fitness center appealing to both leisure and business travelers.

Your Role

As the Housekeeping Manager, you'll be responsible for supporting the successful pre-opening and launch of Hyatt Place AlUla, delivering exceptional cleanliness standards, operational excellence, and a caring experience for both guests and colleagues.

This role is ideal for a leader who leads with care, inspires teams, drives sustainability initiatives, and consistently achieves top cleanliness scores while maintaining strong commercial discipline.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead pre-opening housekeeping setup, systems, and brand standards
· Deliver outstanding cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance across all areas
· Implement sustainability and environmental initiatives, including efficient use of linen, chemicals, water, and energy
· Drive productivity, cost control, and revenue-supporting initiatives
· Coach, develop, and inspire a high-performing housekeeping team
· Partner closely with Rooms and Operations to ensure seamless guest experiences

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Qualifications & Experience

·  University degree or diploma in Hospitality or related field
·  Minimum 2 years' experience as a Housekeeping Manager (pre-opening experience preferred)
·  Proven track record of achieving excellent cleanliness scores
·  Strong commercial acumen with experience in cost and productivity management
·  Excellent problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills
·  Strong communication and negotiation capabilities
·  Ability to lead with care and deliver results in a dynamic environment
