Job description
What you will do:
· To provide an extremely high level of professional expertise and customer focus to all acquisition, retention and development Event clients which in turn maximises hotel revenue and profitability.
· To meet your designated revenue targets.
· To assist with the preparation and regular update of the departmental budget.
· To deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional client service at all times.
· To provide courteous and professional service to our internal customers in other departments.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality / Tourism Management.
· Minimum 2 years of experience in large scale hotels in similar capacity.
· Good presentation and interpersonal skills are a must.
