Engineering Manager

Job description

As a Hotel Engineering Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining the hotel's physical infrastructure and ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests and staff. Your responsibilities will include:

· Supervising and leading the engineering department, including technicians and maintenance staff.
· Overseeing all aspects of facility maintenance, from routine repairs to major renovations.
· Managing the department's budget and identifying cost-effective solutions.
· Implementing safety procedures and ensuring compliance with regulations.
· Coordinating with external vendors and contractors.
· Monitoring and optimizing energy usage and sustainability efforts.
· Responding to emergencies and guest complaints promptly and efficiently.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (preferred).
·  Proven experience in hotel engineering management or a similar role.
·  Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
·  Excellent leadership and communication skills.
·  Familiarity with safety regulations and building codes.
