Dry Clean Attendant

Job description

· Receive and inspect garments for stains, damage, and special instructions.
· Operate and maintain dry cleaning machines and other related equipment.
· Treat stains and spots using appropriate cleaning methods and chemicals.
· Press and finish garments to guests’ specifications.
· Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and chemicals.
· Ensure the dry-cleaning area is clean and organized.
· Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns.
· Follow all safety and health regulations.
· Assist with other tasks as needed, such as folding laundry or handling alterations.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  High school diploma or equivalent.
·  Previous experience in dry cleaning or hotel laundry is preferred.
