Job description

We are looking for Director of Revenue Management to join our pre-opening team at Andaz Lisbon.

Expected to open in Q3 2025, Andaz Lisbon will offer guests an exciting new luxury lifestyle hotel in the Portuguese capital – and it will represent a key milestone in Hyatt’s continued brand growth in Southern Europe. Andaz Lisbon is set to become the second Hyatt-branded hotel in Lisbon. Located in the center of Lisbon’s bustling Baixa district and situated along the main pedestrian road, Rua Augusta, the hotel will be comprised of five separate buildings, including the former offices of one of the major banks in Portugal, Banco Português de Investimento (BPI). This central building of the hotel will offer 170 guestrooms, with the surrounding four satellite buildings of the hotel offering guests various private suites to choose from. This unique Urban Resort in the city center will allow guests to fully embrace the locale and experience authentic Lisbon.

We are looking for a talented and passionate Director of Revenue Management to join our pre-opening team at Andaz Lisbon.

Responsibilities:

· Revenue Strategy Development: Develop and implement innovative revenue strategies that optimize all revenue-generating departments, including rooms, food and beverage, wellness, and events.
· Pricing and Inventory Management: Oversee the development and execution of pricing strategies, inventory management, and demand forecasting to maximize room revenue and profitability.
· Market Analysis: Continuously monitor competitor pricing and market trends, adjusting revenue strategies accordingly to remain competitive.
· Collaboration: Collaborate with key leadership teams—Sales, Marketing, and PR—to drive a cohesive approach and integrate revenue-driving strategies across all touchpoints.
· Promotional Campaigns: Lead the creation of promotional campaigns and packages that drive peak performance during high-demand periods.
· Reporting: Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide detailed analysis to senior management on revenue performance.
· System Implementation: Implement new systems and tools to improve the efficiency of revenue management, from pricing to distribution.
· Pre-Opening Tasks: Assist in setting up revenue management systems and processes, training staff, and ensuring readiness for hotel opening.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Qualifications:

·  Minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue management, with at least 3 years in a Management-level role, ideally in a luxury or lifestyle hotel environment.
·  Strong understanding of revenue management principles and practices.
·  Proficiency in revenue management software and tools.
·  Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
·  Strong leadership and communication skills.
·  Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
·  Prior pre-opening experience is highly desirable.
