Job Responsibilities (Director of Food & Beverage)
· Oversee all Food & Beverage operations and ensure alignment with Andaz brand standards.
· Drive financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, cost control and revenue strategies.
· Lead the development of annual business and marketing plans for all outlets and banquet operations.
· Ensure smooth daily operations by maintaining updated departmental manuals and effective communication.
· Monitor service quality on the floor, provide coaching, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
· Handle guest and internal customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
· Maintain product quality by reviewing menus, monitoring offerings, and evaluating market trends.
· Lead recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and team development for all F&B employees.
· Ensure compliance with financial, safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.
· Build strong relationships with business partners and competitors, driving continuous improvement and innovation.

· Excellent cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills.

Working knowledge of marketing, PR opportunities, and product development in hospitality.
